Mezőtúr is a town in Hungary, in the region of Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok, 141 km southeast of Budapest, approximately 2 hours by rail. Mezőtúr lies in the centre of the Great Hungarian Plain, on the banks of the Hortobágy-Berettyó.
